WARD SIBOLD is the sixth generation of his family to call the Chattanooga area home and lives on Signal Mountain with his wife and two children. Before becoming a Realtor, he worked as an Operations Manager and Start-Up Manager for a national leading Laparoscopic Service company which helped him develop the negotiation skills that are so very crucial in today’s real estate transactions. Mr. Sibold has been a member of one of the Chattanooga areas most productive real estate groups, winning numerous awards, before branching out on his own and joining ReMax Renaissance Realtors.
