I
bought my first home in 1977 and I have now bought 10 homes in 6
different states. Needless to say, I have worked with many realtors who
had many different styles.
I
bought our last home with Ward Sibold in May of 2008 and Ward is the
best real estate agent or broker I have ever encountered. Ward quickly
learned our requirements and preferences in a home and never suggested
a property that was not a "good fit" for us. In addition to his
professional demeanor, Ward showed his experience and knowledge by
pointing out the pros and cons of each property he showed us and the
surrounding neighborhoods. Ward's experience with inspection services,
financing resources and other real estate related services helped us to
do a thorough analysis and to feel comfortable with the offers and
ultimate choice we made.
Ward is
easy to work with, accomodating and thorough. His knowledge of
Chattanooga is amazing and helped us to relocate to a great area and
into a great home. As much as I thought I knew about houses and buying
real estate I still learned quite a bit from Ward. I only wish that I
had the benefit of Ward's coaching and experience when I was a novice
buyer. I certainly will recommend Ward to my family and friends. In
fact, I expect my young daughter will be buying her first home soon and
I will recommend that she work with Ward.
